Whats the best way to come off this by using oral only anti estrogens and how long should i wait between cycles?

If you are at 9% you already must be pretty shredded...I think a Clean* Hypercaloric diet of 4-5K a day should yield you some fairly impressive gains bro.

You don't need anything to get ripped other than hard work and a good diet. If you wanna do something do low dose short ester test and nolv. on a short cycle protocol.
