1 cycle, 2 ingredients, 1 side effect... Which to blame?

Ran 500mg test E from week weeks 2 - 12

Ran 30mg a day of D bol from weeks 0 - 6..

Now at the end of the cycle probably week 12 i developed pretty shocking acne. Was shattered and considering that was my first cycle i have no been able to bring myself to jump on it again..

What's the likely hood of one of those or both of them causing the problem. Really wish now i had just done one at a time to see how each one had effected me.

I am thinking the Test E would be to blame, only because it was the one i finished on and by that time the DBOL would have been pretty much out of my system by the time the acne started.


ANy ideas from experienced user?

also would be interested to know peopels opinions on a EQ cycle ran at 500mg a week and 150mg of test E each week to prevent the supression of test sides??

most of the time acne is caused by fluctuating blood levels-did you split the test per week?

did you use an aromatose inhibitor during your cycle?

did you do a full pct-if so when did you start?

I would say no lower than 350 a week on any cycle for test-could be under-dosed etc etc.

i would agree somewhat with perhaps fluctuating blood levels because the shots were not at all timed and consistent. How much effect this would have on the end result is unknown. It is about the 10th week i began to experience a small amount of acne on the shoulders, neck and back. 3 months after i was still experiencing constant face acne which only went away after i took the accutane much later down the track..

I believe that the acne was caused by the serotonin pores switching back on after being dormant since my last cycle of roaccutane. Note i have completed 3 separate cycles on the accutane and this is not a good things considering the amount of the sides associated with this drug.

i did not use an aromatose inhibtor during the cycle because i did not experience any gyno or side that would have perhaps suggested i needed some.

I did do a full Pct comprised of HCG and novadex

the only reason i am considering lowering the test so low is to ensure i keep my natural levels after i shut down my test production with the EQ.

I like to use an AI with test to prevent elevated levels of estro. Also test e or c peaks every 4 or 5 days so not splitting them could had a little effect. i have been noticing a lot of people lately get acne after cycle. this again leads my to believe estro bottoming out has an effect too. so by taking an AI through the whole cycle eleminates the up and down swings-so does a regular dosing schedule for your pins. its prob not the only thing causing the acne but it may help.

well and tanning bed kills bacteria you should try it sometiime.

its ok to go as low as 150mg-200mg a week with the test-as for me though i would never go lower than 350mg a week.

I agree with newbie, I think its the estrogen from two heavily Aromatisables.
You get these things with first cycles,The body is just not used the such high levels of hormones.
This is one of the reasons why it is often advised to just run testosterone only for first cycle, to see how you react.
Perhaps drop the test down to only 200mg every five days and just use 20mg dbol.ed.?
Or go the AI route
