 1 month after having Lyme disease,am I ready?
Well its been a month since I contracted Lyme disease.I have been doing lite cardio and lite lifting for awhile.I feel great but,do you think I'm ready to start my cycle or should I wait ? Thanks.

| Meds
It's only been a month, are you still on meds for treatment? Are you still having any sides: Headaches, Lethargy, muscle pains, joint inflammation? I'm not a doc, but if your feeling good and you have finished your treatments, then i would say start back slow. But as far as starting a new cycle, I wouldnt for a few more months. Homer |
