1 year run on GH

I am about to start a 1 year run on GH. Those of you who are on bolex have probably seen my very similar thread over there. I'm just trying to get new perspectives. So I've decided on 3IU a day, but the days on / days off protocol I'm still unsure on. I was thinking 5 on 2 off, but was told that most people only do this because GH is expensive. Then I was presented with evidence to the contrary, when I was told I needed to give my thyroid and pancreas a break hence the 2 off.

So what I'm asking is for advice on the dosing protocol and the reasons behind it. Assuming I have enough GH fo use 365 days @ 3IU / day, what would be the best way to take it?

A few of my close friends stay on GH all year round but what they have found works best with prolonged use like that is to use a slightly higher dosage but only use it every second day. They use 5 ius every second day split 3 iu and 2 ius respectively. I have used a lot of gh as well but cant seem to handle it for more than 3 months at a time with at least a month lay off due to the high acidity levels it builds up in my body. I have found that that dosage works extremely well (5ius every 2nd day) Anthony Roberts wrote an interesting article on why you should use GH in this or similar manner I think its under GH on the steroid profiles. secton.Just make sure you monitor your sugar level every second month or so.

The more regularly it's used, the better it works. If you're under 45, two days off may help you to boost your own GH production, but there's no evidence that it does. At only 3 iu/ED & hoping for results, I'd at least go six days on, one day off. I myself have found that four days on, one day off, suits the 10iu vials of GH for 5iu/ED for a nice match. Two vials over four days, then break for one, and so on.

Regular bedtime doses of arginine + ornithine also should keep your own GH percolating every night in the early hours of sleep. (I then awake about 4 a.m. for a piss and my daily GH injection, so I still get that great dreamy GH rest.)

I could do 4 ED but that's about as high as I want to go. And I'm not expecting results overnight. I'm 30 and planning on running it for at least 1 full year.
