1st cycle coming up

hi guys, i was wanting to get on my 1st cycle soon and was wondering if you could jus giv this a look please and any tips would as usually be greatly appreciated

I intend on taking the test 250mg mon and thurs. As it was a moderate length of cycle i didnt include HCG, but please tell me if you think this should be included, that said.... how does it look??

Why have you decided to run A-dex from the beginning?

You should wait 2 weeks after last inject before starting Nolva.

I would split the Nolva dosage up and run it longer for PCT and run the Test longer also.

but i assum u got that.
chose A-dex from the start simply on the back of research i had done, a few sources i found recommended this, when would you start its use? thanks for the rest of the advice, definately taken on board, would you go with nolva EOD then at 40mg and how about running test for 10 weeks? or would you go with 12? and would that mean that HCG would now be necessary?

The only thing that is really necessary for me is gyno prevention and PCT. To some HCG is Incorporated. Still not sure why you're taking the A-dex. Is it for bloat, gyno prevention or both?

I wouldn't even take it unless I found it necessary (to much bloat or gyno symptoms). I would wait and see if you have any problems before taking it. No need to put any drugs in you that you're not sure that you even need. It is a low dose cycle but a good first one.

I would go 12 weeks but it all depends on your comfort level. I would also run the Nolva at 20mg ED for about 6 weeks but I am older and it is harder for me to recover. If I remember correctly you are in your lower 20s. You could get by with less weeks of PCT but 3 weeks might be pushing it, IMO.

HCG is also up to you. I've never had to use it but some guys wouldn't do a cycle without it.

YUP HDH! Take the test 10-12 weeks because it won't even be peaked until week 5, you would have short gaining time with 8 weeks.

ok guys, massive help thanks!! reason for the A-dex was for gyno prevention but if you dont think ill need it, I think ill jus keep it there in case of any signs of gyno start. Think ill also go with sum HCG if im goin 12 weeks, bit paranoid bout the old danglers lol

You are getting good advice from good guy's.Let me reinforce what they are saying: Yes..use hcg 500 ius ew entire cycle.yes ..go 10-12 weeks test...do not use the adex unless you have to..then only use .5 eod untill gyno goes away..then discontinue unless gyno comes back.Nolva 2 weeks after last shot of test..20 mgs per day 4-6 weeks should gain nicely off this..maybe 20-30 lbs ! Then you will not want to be massive anymore..YOU WILL BE !

I would run the Adex at .5 mg 2x's a week (the days you shoot are a good reminder) Take the test for at least 10 weeks and start PCT 10 days after your last shot and run pCT at least 4 weeks.


If you suffer from any hair loss I have found that Proscar at 1.25 mg/day definatley helps but you need to be on it 2 months before your cycle.

Make sure you have EVERYTHING you need before you start
