1st cycle help

hi fellas
not too long ago i thought i had decided on my 1st, but got absolutely slated!! since then iv taken the advice given to me on here with regards to a cycle and done even more research (Im finding the research HARD as there SO much information, of which a massiv amount conflicts). So since then Ive ruled out Deca and decided to go with Sust as this was part of the advice given. So going on from here how does a 10 week cycle of 250mg/wk Sust with Provrion 50mg/day followed by PCT of Clomid 50mg/day for 3 weeks sound?

all criticisms/ advice would be greatly recieved, but be gentle lol

Good. But maybe I would go a little more wk/ than 250mg. But that'll work. I would go at least 400mg. 250's on the low end kind of

Guys that is horrible advice! What is wrong with you all? Don't perpetuate such bad knowledge. I'm no expert, but I do know that the proposed cycle is crap.
Sustanon has a half life that is too short to only be administered at 250 mg per week.
With sustanon you need EOD injections. Every other day! No one wants to inject themselves this often. Plus because sustanon comes in non sealable ampules you'd end up injecting 875mg per week! This is too much for most everyone. The body naturally produces between 6-10mg per day and 50-100mg per week. For your first cycle I would recomend 500mg of Testosterone Enathate per week. The ester in Testosterone Enathate is much longer lasting and only requires injections twice a week to maintain steady blood levels. More consistent levels = LESS SIDE EFFECTS!

Please go back and do more research. I'm only reciting what I have read.

I don't know anything bad about proviron, although I wonder why not D-Bol. That stuff works and as the saying goes if it ain't broke don't fix it. Keep It Simple Stupid

I know 250 is way too low. And you DONT NEED TO INJECT SUS EOD where the hell did you get that from!!!! I always promote test ENAN for first cycle Ive recommend it 160 times on here . I didn't see for some reason that it was his first cycle I guess I read too fast. But I personally don't like sus I like stable esters. THANKS

PROP IS EOD>>>> NOT SUS. EVEN THOUGH THERE IS PROP IN IT . THat is for frontloading sus with eod .. YOU CAN but you don't need to

This is getting off topic and I'm sorry.

Mesomorphosis is my choice site on the internet for steroid related info. I settled on this forum over several others because the level of discussion here was accurate and on topic.

Whether sustanon (a favorite of newbies online) should be injected EOD or every 3 days is a different discussion. I've heard both disputed online and finally came to the conclusion based on the instability of the different rates of drug decay that EOD was how it should be done. REGARDLESS the above cycle is BAD! Please think before you post and help to keep the misinformation off the web.

OK. But I also said that I didn't realize for some reason that it was his first. I probably got side tracked or something that is my bad. But I have NEVER once recommended a newbie to take that, I got him mixed up with a guy on another post here. Sorry for the confusion. And eveybody thinks a million different things about sus and inj times, but IM staying away from that conversation!!

Sustanon is great in my opinion for first cycles..it is what i used the 1st and 2nd cycle.it is easy to use and understand.250 mgs per week will give results taken over a 10 -12 week period.eod injections of sust is something I have never heard of before..EVER !The sust will stay in your system 3-4 weeks after your last injection..so how do you get that it has short half life ?????This guy asking for advice is probably more confused now than ever which is sad.The 250 per week will give results but 500 will give more dramatic results.You might try something as simple as 250 mgs every 5 days for 10 weeks for your first cycle.

OK fellas, sust is fine for a first cycle. There is no misinformation about it. The people who say sust is OK for a first cycle- Guess what? Aren't idiots Just because it is not preferred by everyone doesn't mean it's not good

What is your reasoning about enan being better than sus?.Are they both not test?.

I use enan but that is just a personal preference as sus gives me acne for some reason.Thats the only reason i don't take it.Its no worse than enan.

I guess it all does boil down to personal opinion. I like the more stable esters like enan. rather than sus. Your levels don't remain stable with sus. contrary to popular opinion. It is a good drug no doubt about but you are right . I personally wouldn't recommend it but it is not entirely bad. Sorry for the mix up . THis thread has been all over the place. Im out of this one!

So Sus does not give stable blood levels and that is why you prefer Enan. But, you are almost pissed off that someone thinks you should inject EOD to keep blood levels stable???
