First at the dosages you where taking do not worry about it they give this stuff to children, aids pateints and burn victiums. If it was d-bol and you had been on it for 12 weeks I would be worried for your liver but not Anavar.
Second you will not need to do PCT as you are a female. Anavar does not screw with you any where near as badly as a single 100mg shot of
test would in terms of shutting a person done. SInce you do not have testicles or lydig cells to worry about it should not pose much of an issue.
The easiest way to get right fast between cycles would be to take old school high dose birth control pills between your Anavar cycles. THe down side is that you will gain fat and water like all women do when they get on birth control pills. The up side of course is that you will look like a woman again with full plump perky breasts and soft smooth skin.
If you just stop cold I think you are asking for trouble at 15mg a day because the rebond effect will be harsh you will probably get the most painful PMS like symptoms you have ever had and might have some really odd partial spoting and odd ball cycles to start. I would highly recomend that you taper down to 2.5 mg a day before coming off. So if youa re at 15mg a day I take it you are taking a 10mg inthe morning and 1/2 of a 10mg pill in the evening.
So instead for thenext 2 weeks take a 10mg pill and split it in half and take 5mg in the AM and 5 int he PM..... Then after weeks cut your dose in half again and keep doing that until you are down to 2.5mg a day in a single morning dose. I would stay at the 2.5mg dose for 3-4 weeks then come off completly.
You have to keep in mind that even at 2.5mg a day that is more anabolic action then you would ever have naturaly. By stepping down slowly you give the cortisol receptors and your other hormones a chance to normalize slowly. Once you get down to 5mg a day I would cut the cardio in half. Once you get down to 2.5mg a day I would cut out all cardio and I would keep your set's the same but reduce the repitions by half and increase the resitance to match the lower reps.

AAS i would drop my workout volume as a woman to 3 days a week and I would train low rep, low volume with lots of weights on the bar! This is you best shot at holding on to all that muscle mass avoid cardio for at least one montyh after you come off all gear! The reason is that cardio produces cortisol which eats muscle and since you are not going to have very much natural
test in your body to start with dealing with cortisol is going to be a problem in fact that is why I have you reducing the days you train cutting out the cardio and trainign with low reps and lots of weight it is all about stimulating the muscle while keep cortisol as low as we can. In fact I would take 2 minutes between sets as well instead of 30-60 seconds.
If you need to control fat then use diet not cardio. Keep protein high and get all carbs from green leafy vegtables. If you find constipation is an issue then get some metamucil. A lot of women get hemorides when they go one gear or come off just ike when prego.....Bioflavanoids help prevent this I do not know why I just know they work. Pick up a bottle of AST brand DHEA 100mg. DO not get any other brand as most of them are shit made from wild yams not pharmicutical grade DHEA. Take 100mg in the morning and 200mg before bed. This will blunt the effects of cortisol greatly and unlike men most womens bodies turn DHEA to
Test or Andro. COntinue to use Creatine and GLutimine like normal.
