Ive heard of good results from only 250mgs of tren e per week. I believe that graybass reported results at this dosage. More is not allways better.

He started out at 500 for several weeks.

I believe he went to 250 mg every five days.
I am using 500 mg right now a week with no problems, just start slow and build over two or three weeks.

I think 250 would be too low. I would go with 400-500 a week.
