You dont need to add any other compounds to the cycle. Run HCG 2 days after last injection at 500ius for 10 days. 2 days following HCG completion, start nolva at 40mgs for 10 days and then 20mgs for 20 more days. Dont run HCG during actual PCT as it will prevent recovery

Big bench is correct...don't need anything else in that cycle. Looks good how it is. He advised

you to start hcg 2 days after last pin...Big always gives very solid advice, but I want to stick with

waiting the two weeks for the Sust to release it's last ester b-4 you start any PCT. I belive that

you are wasting PCT if you still have an active sterioid suppressing your natural production.

That is just how I have come to understand it... No disrespect intended Big Bench!

Non taken at all, but if you look at my post, we are actually saying the same thing. I am stating to start PCT (nolva) two weeks after last injection. The only difference is I suggested to use the HCG in the time frame between the last injection and the start of Nolva. This way, HCG can do its job and bring endogenous test production to normal or above normal levels without suppressing the HPTA during PCT. You have to remeber that HCG can supress you as much as AAS and therefore should only be used BEFORE starting PCT

Thank you for the clarification...That makes sence, there are so many different opinions on Hcg

use...I must admit I am still trying to decide if it's the best course of action to run hCG on cyle. It

seems like everyday I find an article or blog that advises or suggests using hcg differently than

what I read the day prior...I've started reading a little about hmg...my god...the alternatives

and different viewpoints will melt your fucking brain if you let it...LOL!

I was always taught to start PCT

sustanon- 3 weeks after last pin

test e- 10-14 days after last pin

test c- 10-14 days after last pin.
