2nd cycle recovery?

i have started my 2nd cycle 2 weeks ago last thur.I need to find out what amout of arimdex that i should take during my cycle and what post cycle recov i should take and how much. my cycle consest of 500mg test enath 300mg deca a week. any info would be helpfull

so you started a whole cycle without making sure you had all of your PCT planned, without having ALL of the gear on hand, without researching much of anything? Bad move soldier. How hard would it have been to do some homework and ask some questions BEFORE you started? Not too hard! Use the search button and look for some answers. No one here will spoonfeed you. Ill go ahead and point you in the right direction......read the stickies at the top of the Anabolic Forum page. That will help you quite a bit.

i guess i should have worded it differnt i have my arimdex, the hcg and cloimd is coming i just need to know the amouts of recov to take

I agree with what airborne said but I'll help. 1mg of Adex and 10mg nolva. For recovery, clomid 10days after last shot of test. Use 100mg/day for 10days then 50mg/day for the last 20 days. Alot of people use less, I want to make sure my test level are back.

Check with IBE labs in the classifieds, they can have you the stuff in 1-2 days. Pup

You don't have to have the nolva.....since I read you already have the adex. If your prone to progesterone build up from the Deca, you might through in a little winny. Pup

.5 mg a day should be enough for that cycle... if while running that you start to feel some sides comin in, bump it up to 1 mg a day.

.5 mg is usually enough for a lot of people.

and about the HCG, look around on the forum. there is always going to be a BIG debate over which dosages and injection schedules work the best. so pretty much it's up to you to try different ones out and see which one works the best for your nuts.
