3 questions

Ok, I've decided to do my first cycle after about a year of reasearch. I am 5'9" 190 and low bodyfat %, although i'm not sure exactly what. For my first cycle, this is what i have come up with. I have three questions:

1)should i run Nolva, Clomid, or Proviron for PCT and should i use HCG?

2)Would you advise Test E or Test Cyp?

3)should i use arimex or nolva during the cycle?


weeks 1-8 Test E @ 200mg 2x a week
Weeks 1-4 Deca 30mg daily
Arimex @ .25mg ED/EOD
OR
Nolva @ 10-20mg per day

1: Recommend Clomid and HCG for any cycle of any length of time


2: Test is test.. which ever is cheaper.

3: You should keep something on hand.. but chances are you don't need to worry about it. As long as your dosages aren't too high you won't have bad sides... If I had to choose though.. I would run Arimidex at a very low dose.. mayb 2X weekly at .5mg

yea i'm planning on running deca for the first 4 weeks @ 30mg, unless you guys think that's too much? My rationale for taking it with the test was to help with solidifying some of my gains, and also gaining a little extra than a test only cycle. I only plan on doing a cycle once, so i want to get the most out of it. Good idea or no?

DECA or DBOL? They are not the same. If your dosing is 30mg/day then I assume you are talking DBOL and not DECA.

shit i read it wrong, that's my bad, 300mg of Deca per week. I'm kind of on the fence for the deca cause of the long detection times. I'm in the military, and although they don't test for steroids unless your commander requests, that's still a long time to have it in your system...How effective would stacking the deca with the test be? i.e., possibly worth the risk? I know that's something only i can decide, but what is you guy's input?

Four weeks of deca would not be worth the risk, but 8 wks might be. I doubt that 8 wks worth of deca would take any longer to clear your system than a single shot would. (judging from the time of last inject) I like deca, it gives solid, easily keepable gains and makes my joints feel great.

so do just a deca cycle? or do deca with the test both for 8 weeks? Cause i thought i read that a deca only cycle was a waste, or maybe i'm thinking of something else...thanks for all the input so far guys, its been a huge help.

you obviously need to do a lot more research... Four weeks wouldnt' be worth it.. 6-8 weeks is recommended as the very least amount of time to run deca...

AND YOU SHOULD NEVER DO A DECA ONLY CYCLE!!!

Run the test and deca for 8wks, if you are trying to bulk I would stick with the nolva and only if you need it, if you are cutting, then use the adex

Do more research you are not really. listen to these guys.
just do test for your 1st cycle

run it for atleast 10 weeks. it takes 3+ weeks to kick in. so 8 isnt enough.

wks 1-12 test c or e @ 250mg sun & wed

pct 2 weeks later

nolva
wks 1-2 40mg ED
wks 2-4 20mg ED

In my opinion dont run deca without test. I personally love the sust deca combination. Ive had knee probs in the past and the deca makes it all better and nothing bad for the after meaning I have kept what I have gained. I also believe for your peckers sake you absolutely need a pct and most likely should have a on cycle anti e because you will hold a shEEt tone of water. Nolva has done me fine with clomid for the pct. Hope this helps and remember that the diet is as important as the juice because without the diet dicipline you will only be flushing money and you body down the drain.
