Default 3 weeks into my first cycle

I think i am making good progress in my cycle. here is the what i have accomplished at the begining of three weeks:

1) gained 10 pounds ( might be some water weight)
2) work out bench press went from 225lbs to 295lbs ( could probably do more but i think my joints are adjusting to the weight)
3) rows went up from 175lbs to 205lbs
4) leg press went from 500lbs to 750lbs ( don't do squats because of lower back injury)
5) military presses went from 135lbs to 185lbs.
6) went from doing 3 sets of 6 to 8 chins to 4 sets of 12 to 15 ( easy sets now)
my diet is pretty clean considering where i am at now. i get about 3000 calories and roughly 300 grams of protein. I have learned alot in last 3 weeks. the big things are anything to do withh me beside training ie diet, sleep, ect.. one day i didn't get enough carbs and thus my energy level was low. one day i didn't sleep enough so i was little weaker than normal..I think my body fat is dropping since i am eating little cleaner i will have to check it next week. thanks to all the good post. terrorizer2 gives some good work out advise. thanks bro

Holy shit. 70lbs in 3 weeks is awesome. Bet you're feeling pretty good.

500 mgs test enth mixed with dbol.See how easy it is newbies ! 3 weeks in..you are just beggining to feel the full effects of the test bro..you should really enjoy the next 6 !!!!

I would consider upping your calories another 1000 to 1500 ED. Sounds like great progress though. Enjoy your first cycle.

It's funny cuz right now I am doing an easy cycle of test enth and dbol I am in week 3 and my bench has gone up about 70 lbs. Never this much so fast I have also gained 25lbs. These gains are pretty dramatic for me so early. I have some diesel shit. I have improved my diet and I think that is a huge factor. And it goes to show you you don't need to have complicated stacks and cycles to get crazy gains, and fast

thanks for all the encouragement!! i will take the complements that i am doing something right. I am working on adding some more calories but i am not really sure if i want too. cause i am afraid to put on too much that is might go to my waist since i tend to gain weight on there easy. my waist is getting smaller through the last 3 weeks. so HDH do you think i should add more calories still ?

sounds like you are doing great..One thing I have to caution you is watch your poundage increases......a lot of people get injured on a cycle cause they increase poundages fast and furious on a cycle...a big increase on poundages in a short time is a sure fire way to tear a muscle or get injured..it happens a lot..so becareful increasing your weights....your body and strength will blow through the roof, but your muscles cant take too much more....
