I think i am making good progress in my cycle. here is the what i have accomplished at the begining of three weeks:
1) gained 10 pounds ( might be some water weight)
2) work out bench press went from 225lbs to 295lbs ( could probably do more but i think my joints are adjusting to the weight)
3) rows went up from 175lbs to 205lbs
4) leg press went from 500lbs to 750lbs ( don't do squats because of lower back injury)
5) military presses went from 135lbs to 185lbs.
6) went from doing 3 sets of 6 to 8 chins to 4 sets of 12 to 15 ( easy sets now)
my diet is pretty clean considering where i am at now. i get about 3000 calories and roughly 300 grams of protein. I have learned alot in last 3 weeks. the big things are anything to do withh me beside training ie diet, sleep, ect.. one day i didn't get enough carbs and thus my energy level was low. one day i didn't sleep enough so i was little weaker than normal..I think my body fat is dropping since i am eating little cleaner i will have to check it next week. thanks to all the good post. terrorizer2 gives some good work out advise. thanks bro
