For those who use it,what dosage a day and how do you break it up? Does it also help with anxiety?

man i used it before and it didnt help much. all i have to say is
GO SEE A DOCTOR. thats for real man. dont med yourself for depression. i did it before. kava kava, st johns, 5htp....get something thats fda approved for depression man. good luck.

Completely agrea. Herbs and things just don't work like real meds. It's like comparing prohormones to real gear, not the same.

5-htp doesnt do much for me. i use the real deal wellbutrin and it works great. sometimes it is too strong and amps me up
