Default 5th week and no energy

I'm on my 5th week of a 500mg per week sustanon cycle . I feel tired all the time . I have experimented with my diet and didn't help . I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night . I have gained about 12 pounds . I have seem a good pump during workouts but no energy at all . I have shortened my workouts and tried to target fewer muscles per workout . Any ideas ? This is my first cycle . I feel like I have to force myself to try to lift . I don't get it at all . Shouldn't it give me more energy ?

many people believe that a cycle justifies overtraining if you are truly getting enough calories then you may be over training. If you dont believe that to be the case you may consider the legitimacy of your juice.

1. Determine your basal metabolic rate / your necessary calories based upon you daily energy use to allow you body to increase lean mass.

2. Try hitting it 3 days a week in the gym for a couple of week, multijoint exercises, hit the big muscles.

3. always test before you poke....

I assume he may mean test your gear? But don't overtrain. And sometimes you aren't going to feel full of energy. Most of the time I am pretty tired. I get lots of sleep and eat good but unless I am doing cardio during the week I feel lethargic, but I am normally lethargic

Is your gear even sustanon? I have taken sustanon in the past and did not feel tired? sounds like maybe some Tren. If you have shortness of breath and feel like your out of gas. Is sustanon the only thing you are taking?

No matter what, keep training

What is your routine? Cardio included.

your either sick your overtraing or your not eating enough. of all the people I've know who use aas diet was usually the problem if energy levels are down or their not growing. My first cycle was 500mg test e ew. I gained almost 30lbs and felt like superman the entire time.

I haven't been doing any cardio . I have been trying to concentrate on small groups of muscles each night . Arms , shoulders , chest , back and legs . I lift 4-5 nights a week . I have been eating like a horse . My workouts are lacking intensity . I just feel so lazy . Maybe cardio 2 times a week might help .

Honestly, I think this is something that everyone goes through. Making yourself do it anyways is what separates the guys that do this for a short time and the guys that make this a lifestyle. Just keep doing what your doing and maybe stick to a 4 day routine.

If you are gaining well and doing everything right and your tired it may be another problem, anemia, mono etc. But like I said I am normally lethargic off or on aas so it does have something to do with the individual.

This might sound stupid but would going up on my dose do any good at this point ? I'm going to run a 12 week cycle and about to start week 6 . I have read that some run 750 mg per week .
