Default 6% body fat goal!!! HELP!

ok, so i need a break down of what EC stack does. I bought vasopro, caffene and flax seed oil a few days ago and i am really serious about droping down to around 6% body fat. What exactly does the vasopro combined with the caffene do for me? currently im doing cardio once a week. I am currently working on cutting fats/sugars/salts/and carbs from my diet. How long before i see any gains? How often should i use the EC stack? How long is it safe for me to use EC stack? what foods do you guys recomend when cutting. Im a big fan of cereal and rice. Ive pretty much cut out the rice, but its not uncommon for me to eat cereal 3 times in one day.

On a side note, how do i get rid of my bulging nipples. No mater what i do in the gym, i cant get them to go and my chest looks weak even though its really not.

Looks to me like you got some issues with gyno, looks similar to what I had to get cut out by a plastic surgeon a few months ago.

Good quesitons. EC will stimulate the release of adrenaline and noradrenaline. These hormones, in turn, free up the fat from your fat cells so they can be burned for energy. When you're dieting, this helps you hold on to more muscle as you lose fat. EC will give you more energy, so you can be more active and have better workouts. This will help you burn more total calories. EC will open up your lungs (ephedrine is used for asthma), which will also improve exercise performance. Finally, EC will help suppress your appetite (at least for the first couple weeks), helping you to eat fewer calories. Research also shows that its thermogenic properties actually improve the longer you take it.

So in summary, EC will mobilize fat, increase energy, improve oxygen uptake, improve exercise performance, and suppress your appetite. It's a great dieting supplement and is safe and effective.

If you're dieting, I wouldn't expect to "make gains." Focus on cutting calories out of your diet (cutting carbs is a great way to do this spontaneously), eating sufficent protein, and lifting heavy in the gym.

what is gyno? how much did it cost for your operation? anyone else have any imput on this?


How effective is EC stacking if i don't do any cardio or lifting? I hear about a guy named bob who has lost alot of weight without doing cardio. Will it be nessary for me to do crunches and situps for the abs or will it really show once i get down to 6%?

ok, i just did a lil research on gyno. I have never done steriods so i don't think what i have is gyno. there is no lumpy tissue in my chest. Its just mushy fat that is trapped under my nipple. My chest has been like this since middle school. I am now 22 and im sick of it. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this crap in my chest.

Gyno can be caused from puberty in guys so yah it could be.

I would for sure do resistance training, this will support lean muscle tissue and muscle tissue is hungry tissue. This will aid in fat burning over cardio any day. And with enough intensity with the weights you will raise testosterone levels and also GH levels both are good for what you are looking for.
I would consider basic compound exercises with some intesnsity.

Dropping that bodyfat is more diet controlled than banging a bunch of stimulants.

The magic bullet here is diet not eph, caffeene, yohimbe, clen.

If it is just fat, then it will reduce as you reduce BF, but chances are it's just genetic - in other words since you can't spot reduce, you will always have some fat there.

Really though, it doesn't look bad. I know it is frustrating though. I have mild gyno from pubety and extra fat in that area too. It bothered me all through my teens and 20's and I seriously thought it would affect my chances with women (it's definitely worse than yours). However I realized that most people didn't even notice it (I think they just see it as a variation in physique) and it didn't affect my relationships.

Having said that, if I'd known about gyno 20 years ago, I would have had surgery. My guess is most docs wont even look at it, but you might be able to find somone who does gyno surgery and see what they say. Even if it is just fat, surgery/lipo may be a permanent solution.

Those are man boobs from puberty, I had them, I also had surgery when I was in high school for it. Surgery sucks depending on how it's done. Mine was not plastic surgery so I have a small horizontal scars 1" long and about 4" down from my nipples. Nobody has ever noticed, then again i'm pretty scarred up all over.. i'm 24 btw.

Muscle tissue does not burn many more calories than fat. The idea that it is "hungry tissue" and requires lots of energy to maintain is incorrect. Accordingly, increasing muscle mass is not going to make a significant difference on metabolism. He's not going to be gaining much muscle anyway if he's dieting.

The transient changes in GH and testosterone are also minor and will not have any significant effects. Short fluctuations in hormones after training do not play a meaningful part in the changes behind body recomposition.

I do agree that resistance training will help preserve muscle mass. If you're new to training, you may even gain some, depending on how much you cut calories.

Diet will be key, but is not a "magic bullet" itself. As I said, low-carb diets are good for helping you to eat more protein, eat less, and still feel full. They are good for use with ephedrine and caffeine.

Definitely take the EC no matter what. To answer the original question, no, you do not need to do exercise, though it will help you reach your goals faster.

Ok, so i did a little more "google research" on gynecomastia and it turns out that this is what i have. I have glandular tissue in my chest as well as fat. I also found out something else thats intresting. According to www.blah.com it says that people with gynecomastia have an un even level or estrogen and androgen in their bodies. So would this explain my mood swings. Ive always wondered why some days i feel like crap and other days i feel like im GOD!!! For the longest time i thought it was in my head and wished for some type of stabality. Now it seems like i maybe able to be stable for once in my life. Right now im really happy, but tommorow i may not even leave my house. My swings are that drastic sometimes. do you guys know if there are any drugs i can take to reduce the tissue in my chest as well as change the levels of estrogen and androgen in my body to normal levels?!?!? Will i have to take thise drugs for the rest of my life or can i stop after a while. Im not a doctor so i don't know in detail how hormon replacement therapy works. I would be sooo happy if i could find the stabality that eveyone around me seems to have. At the moment my eyes are tearing up with joy b/c there may be hope for me(must be the estrogen). With all that i have learned today, i guess its not normal for me to feel like a pussy some days and then like a king the next. I thank you guys for sharing knowlege with me. I have been battling with this for soooo long. I feel exhausted. To know that there may be hope for me really makes me estatic!!!

ok, ive been doing more reasearch and it seems like a drug called nolvadex can cure gyno by increasing test. levels. Can you guys who have used this drug confirm this? how long will this drug have to be taken? Are there any red flags i should be concerned about if i go on this? Thanks guys

You "cure" gyno not by increasing test but by decreasing estrogen, either by actually lowering estrogen with an "aromatase inhibitor" (AI) and/or by blocking the estogen that's already there with a SERM.

Nolvadex is a SERM. It will block estrogen in breast tissue, thus treating gyno. There are newer SERMS out there that will work better and with fewer health risks though, such as raloxifene.

This is a study that compared nolva to raloxifene and found that raloxifene worked much better and more often than nolvadex:

on the site that has raloxifene for sale it says.. "THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR HUMAN USE, THIS PRODUCT CAN BE HARMFUL IF INGESTED." I can't help but to be a lil sketched out by this. I serioulsy don't want to die! How long will i have to take this for? 8 weeks? What are some common side effects? Does this stuff have a chance of killing me?
