40mg dbol ed wk 1-3
750 mg iran enan wk 1-12
600 mg EQ wk 1-12
what do you all think my pct should be and im a little prone to gyno so how often should i take arimidex or nolva which do you perfer.and how many mg ed,eod,ew or what. 3rd cycle

For gyno prevention you can run 10mg nolva daily during cycle, and also take .5mg arimidex EOD. I like the idea of running both compounds while on. Hcg should be used with nolva or clomid during pct. Start HCG week 12 wth last test shot for two weeks then start nolva/clomid therapy.

I'm also gyno prone. I would start adex at .5mg a day. If your nips start feeling itchy, sensitive, puffy, or anything strange immediately start taking some nolvadex and up your a-dex to 1mg a day. Continue the nolva until the symptoms go away. Once symptoms go away, you can now try it just with adex at 1mg a day and drop the nolva and see if that takes care of it.

how can you not have gyno, and know somehow that you are gyno prone ? Are you sure you arent confusing some fat and water in the chest with Gyno ? Gyno doesnt go away without surgery fellas..You can diet off the other shit .

Simple. Because I have had gyno and had surgery. I assure you, I am gyno prone. I posted up a whole journal complete with before and after pics detailing the surgery and my recovery about 2 years ago on here. The old timers on here can attest to that.
