Default about natural body limits

Over the past I have seen quite a few posts claiming that steroids can only help you achieve your natural maximum build potential, and thereafter you will have to juice throughout if you want to stay above your natural build. This makes sense.

However, let's define your "natural build" and how it is dependant on the hormones in the body (I'm an amaeur here, all input, even flaming appreciated). I would rckon that put very simply, there are only 2 factors that ultimately determine your natural build

1. Natural Testosterone
2. Natural HGH

Please correct me if this assumption is overly simplified.

Basically, I want to find out why some people are skinny with lof BF(like me), some people big and fat, and some people big and muscular (low BF). Does this mostly have to do only with natural test and hgh?

Basically discuss the difference between the 3 body types, and why it occurs.

well dude I am not an expert in somatypes but there is more to it than just test and gh, there is also the factors of bone structure and muscle insertions, the mental aspect a person has, etc.

imo

2 greatest factors genetics and mental fitness

gentetics will determine all listed above such as hormone levels, metabolism, build, and even mental fitness to some degree

even with great gentic make-up, if one is in depression, or anxiety this can effect the whole body.

other contributing factors.
up bringing as a child....this can determine many things in one's life such as lifestyle, eating habits, dependencies, etc.

lifestyle has a great deal determining everything regardless of genetics. by lifestyle i mean diet, stress, exercise commentment, sleep and rest, and all thing below.

health and addictions
un healthy individuals will be at a great disadvantage for ovious reasons plus medications one might have to take.

addictions such as drugs, alcohol, food, etc will play a great part in your health and physical limits, and the earlier in life they start the greater the effect.

environmental issues play a great role for ovious reasons.

friendship and peer pressure through out life can help or hender. most ppl are not very independent, and fall in with the crowd they hang with. if you have a bunch of lazy-ass friends that sit around drinking beer and watching tv, chances are your right beside them. nothing wrong with having friends like this, but dont let them pull you from what you want.

so your genetics suck are you doomed?
no, things will just come slower and will take great commentments on your part.

all other contributing factors will have to be delt with, and a great mind-set will have to take place.

the huge ppl you see on tv did not all have the best of everything, and even the ones with the best of everything had to make great commentments to get to where they are now, and it did not happen overnight.

im close to 40, my genetics suck compared to most, i have some health issues, carbs are my best friends (but not my body's), i cant put the chewing tobacco down....am i fucked....no. am i huge....no..but im not trying to be huge...for my age im in better shape and look younger and better (health-wise) than most my age. im not tooting my horn to brag...no...just trying to say anything is possible if you want it bad enough.

just my .02
