Default About to start 1st cycle

I've talked to a few people and gotten different answers so far. Im bout to start a test e cycle for 12 weeks at 500mg a week, so 2 shots a week, is it ok to just take a test only cycle for my first cycle? When should i start to see results? I've gotten told to take like 3 different kinds of stuff. As it being my first cycle i really dont want to do that. thanks

Also im 6.2 177lbs, been workin out for about 3 years now, got real serious bout it 1 1/2 years ago, my startin weight before i worked out was 130lbs so i know im doin something right, age 27, thanks for any advice

should be about the 5th week things should really start to happen even week 6 or 7 for some, 500mgs is a good start for a first cycle.

At 6'2" and 177 lbs you should gain another 20 lbs before starting your cycle bro.You have already gained 47 lbs naturally..eat bigger and train harder for now.When you do get ready to cycle then 250 - 500 mgs per week of test only for 12 weeks is a great cycle for anyone.

Dennis is right about the eating part,
Packing on muscle is only 50% about the lifting. The other 50% is the diet. Protein Protein Protein Try upping your protein to 300gms a day.
