im well into my cycle and over the last 2 weeks ive had some major break outs on on the fronts of my shoulders anyone got some good ways i can get rid of it????

Unfortunately acne from juice is the same as any other acne and treatment is exactly the same. I remember during my first cycle I thought there may be some easy way to counter act it. I know some of my buddies got prescribed Acutane. which does work but has some pretty shitty sides like dry lips and skin. Plus with summer coming up it doesn't go well with sun exposure. I had the same problem as you and i looked online for some good acne treatments and came across Murad acne products. i order it followed the instruction which there like four different products that are used in combination with each other three twice a day and one once a week which takes dedication to keep up with but it does work for me.

k thanks ive been using the wifes proactive for a couple days now its seems to be fading but i will try that if this doesnt work

For spots, the proactive mask works great. I had some fairly bad acne when i was younger and have a ton of different acne stuff from back then. I am now 23 and still get a few minor break outs from time to time. I have tried just about everything except accutane. That said, what works best for me is tanning 1-2 times every few weeks, cetaphil skin cleanser (great for people with sensitive skin like me) and the proactive refining mask. Hope that helps

Proavtive is great if you are already broken out. but acne is a side that you want to control from the start just like all sides. Tanning is a GREAT way. Also, use anti bacterial soap when you shower. And use it the RIGHT way. Also, up your B-5 and Vit A intake and it will help big time to keep your acne at bay.

like big bench said man, you gotta control it from the start ... i had a bit of acne before starting my cycle (just didnt leave from my last cycle) but ive been keeping tabs on it hard since starting .... started taking tetracyclin ... and applying a topical acne cream twice daily after showering ... i actually have less acne then when started my cycle - just invest in a good topical cream, soap and if need be oral medication - shower immediately after training and of course when every you wake up - and be patient ... getting rid of the oilyness of the skin is the best way to keep it at bay

ya ive been having 3 showers a day lol as for the tannin i cant really use the tanning beds at all i have major skin breakouts if i do but its getting nice and warm here now so ill try to hit up more of the sun ...... i use dial anti bacterial soap and the proactive.... if none of that works ill def try your guys advice.... thanks guys and yes ill up the vit A

Most of the acne is a result of high DHT levels caused by your stack. It causes the sebaceous glands to produce too much sebum which causes infection in the form of acne and black or white heads. The above treatments all work to control it> Stay away from accutane its also heavy on the liver and cholesterol. Something that I have found works incredibly well is Finasteride. Its not documented or registered for acne prevention or cure but it does block the DHT and by doing that it helps combat major acne and at the same time help you from losing your hair. You dont need more than 1mg daily. I have seen guys turn desperate because of steroid related acne and everyone I have suggested it to has benefited from it. Only use it as a last resort but nobody likes walking around in a vest and having those terrible red bombs all over it screams Roid User a mile away.

yea, that is actually pretty good too. ANd like chem said, you dont need the full dose (used for prostate problems) but as little as 1 to even .5mgs a day will help. But like he said, keep it as the last resort. Messing with hormones MORE than you have to should always be the last way to go.
