Adex or ndex - MESO-Rx

I am doing 600mg test per wk 30mg dbol/day. Should i take n dex or adex or both? And how much? Thanks for the help.

by ndex, do you mean nolva? i take both nolva and arimidex. dose depends on the person. is this your first cycle?

Some recommend you try to go without either to find out if your gyno prone. If you do have Nolva on hand in case symptoms start to pop up(ooo bad pun). Now I am very prone to gyno. When I cycled I took both Ari and Nolva. It was the only way for me to go without symptoms. Dosage .25mg of Ari ED for up to 1 gram Test a week. If you do more than a gram of Test(or any aromatisable aas)take .5mg ed. If you do Nolva, either with or without Ari, take 20mgs a day.

i didn't take either for the first 5 weeks of my cycle. no gyno problems. i wasn't happy with the bloat i got though, so i started taking nolva at 10mg ED and adex at .25mg ED it helped some, but not much.
