A little background I've lost over 200lbs over the last 3 year I'm 28 5'10 about 195lbs and 19%bf, my work out is as follows
Monday Chest @ Tri's
Tuesday Legs
Wednesday Cardio 1 hour
Thursday Back and Bi's
Friday Cardio 1 hour
Saturday Shoulders
Sunday Rest or swim
I;ve been stuck at 195 now for 4months I tried changing my diet and my routine, I eating about 2300 calories well balanced and drinking a ton of water.
My goal is to ad about 25lbs of lean muscle and try to burn about 5-10lbs of fat.
I'll be on vacation in Mexico for three weeks starting in July and I thought till would be a great time to start a cycle. I've read up on Clem Winn and test,
500mg of sust a week. 250mg every 4th day. That's all you need on your first cycle and you'll see some freaky results if you train the way you say you do.
juggernaut said it spot on, 500mgs of sust pw is all you need to see some great gains, i can already see the reason your not gaining anything, its 2300cals a day, you seriously need to be eating way more than that at a 195lbs if your after building lean mass, id eat 2300 cals on hunger strike dude and im only a 163lbs, ive consumed 2600 cals a day by 4pm
id also probably shed some bodyfat at 19% before taking a cycle, i think 12-15% is about the peak of starting a good bulk cycle, might need confirmation on this bit though.

With your history of being an ex-fatty and your bf still being sort of high I would consider an AI like Aromasin or Proviron on cycle..
Sadly us soft guys tend to Aromatize more..

If you can diet down to an honest 12% you can cycle. You may still be facing aromatization issues but not as much and you will definitely see the results much better. Can you get a real, accurate, reading on your bf?

would you suggest a cut first, or should I just step up the cardio. I still feel and look soft.

Shane-o..you nailed it bro..It will be hard to gain lots of muscle and cut body fat
drastically at the same time.You have made wonderfull progress so far.I would continue to train,do cardio and try clen,eca and otc like hydroxy cuts to drop body fat down to 12% or lower before using steroids.Do not worry about what the scale say's during this time too much..just watch the body fat %.When you jump on the gear/steroids the diet will have to drastically change bro..you will have to eat over 3500 calories to grow and eating 4000 cals for a guy your size is not too much.Welcome to meso..stick around and keep us posted..d

I really appreciate all this great information; I’m still really new to this so any and all feed back is great.
I had my bf test on Thursday, using calipers and I’m at 19% down from 23 % in later march. And 39% two and a half years ago, Is there a timetable on what and how long you should take to drop the bf. I’m not sure if I’m going to fast or to slow.
Also has anyone used any of the over the counter fat burners, are they worth the money?
