Advice for PCT

I plan on running a pretty simple first cycle:

500mg Test Enanth/week - 10 weeks

Plan on starting PCT 1.5 weeks after last shot. Since it's a "light" cycle, would 20mg Nolva ED for 3 weeks suffice?

I would guess that with that small dosage 20 mgs ed for 3 weeks would work fine - but wait 14 days before beginning PCT

some guys when running test alone like that don't even feel a need for PCT - but you are wise to follow at least the light protocol you have outlined.

Normally I would agree that it's best to wait 2 weeks after the last shot before beginning pct. However, in this case, I don't think it matters when he starts as long as he continues it long enough. And to eliminate any gyno concerns, he might want to take a little nolva (10mg/day considering his light cycle) during his cycle and just continue it on.

Many studies showing nolvadex to be beneficial to improving sperm/test production are done with +/- 20mg/day-30mg/day for 2-3 months or longer. I would plan on either bumping up the dose to 40mg/day if only using it for a short time or run it for at least another another week or two if staying with 20mg/day.

Thanks bro, much appreciated. What about something like this:

2 weeks after last shot: Days 1- 7: 40mg Nolva ED
Days 8 - 30: 20mg Nolva ED

I def. want to be on the safe side regarding keeping my gains, but from the reading I've done, I don't think it's necessary to run HCG and/or Clomid with this type of cycle.
