Okay I'm new on here obviously. Been looking around on here for a while trying to figure what would work best for me. I'm 5'8, 176lbs, 14% BF. I work out 6 days a week with at least 30 min, of cardio 3x's. looking to start my first cycle in April. Right now I'm working to get my bodyfat down some more and just get as much out of my body as I possibly can with protein, multi's and fish oil. So far I was thinking along the lines of this:
12 Week Cycle
1-8 Test Cyp 200-250 mg once a week
5-10 Winny 50 mg ED
5-12 Clen, 2 weeks on-2 weeks off
I figured by stopping the Test at week 8 i would be ready for the PCT by week 11.
This may seem low dose but from what I've read my body should react well. At least that's what I'm hoping. I can always adjust if needed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Why not just go with test 250mgs for 10-12 weeks? It will give you at least 6 weeks of the fully active test to do its work and allow yourself the chance to up the dosage if need be. You can see how you react to just the test before you decide to add anything else to the mix.

Yeah i was thinking about that. I guess my concern was the water retention I would get. Thought the winny would help with that towards the end. Currently I'm deployed to Afghanistan and I have to plan on stopping the cycle at 12 weeks because we don't know exactly when we're going home. So to play it safe that's the way i figured it. My diet is pretty good right now so i could expect some lean mass from just test? my goals are to gain about 10-15lbs. of muscle and drop the BF a few points. sorry if I sound like a new guy.
id drop the winny and do it after you had time to recover, winny is great for cutting and you could use it with some deca for the joints and it can be hell on them,

Totally agree....my first cycle was 250mg/wk for 10 wks and I gained a solid 25 lbs. I also learned that i hold water like sponge with even that much test, so I knew to add an AI n my next cycle.
I have to say though...you want to add muscle weight and drop bf...thats a VERY hard thing to do. AAS help, but they are not magic. I think it was MaxRep who made this analogy: Go down to the locl grocery store and take a look at 15 lbs of hamburger meat. That is what you are asking your body to produce...
Now imagine your body doing that while in a calorie defecit (which I think is a pre-req for fat loss...not being sarcastic, I just seriously believe you cannot lose fat w/o a calorie defecit).
So I guess what Im saying is...what do you want to do? Lose fat, or gain muscle? Not trying to be a smart ass, I'm just saying that you will get the best results if you do one or the other IMHO. 250 mg is plenty to use for a cutting cycle all by itself...
Yeah i see your guys point. I'm aware that AAS isn't the magic pill so to speak that everyone is looking for. I'm a believer that there is no substitue for hard work and time spent training. With the gear i was just looking to get a little more out of that time if that makes any sense. Just curious if anyone has any thoughts on the Clen. My goal is to get cut up a little more and get stronger. So maybe I'm way off with the gear i chose. again sorry if i sound like a new guy. i do appreciate all the help and would take any recomendations on a cycle for what i'm trying to do. If i just go with test cyp at 250 mg for say 10 weeks what would the PCT look like. I have an idea but you guys have the experience.
generally, I have always found that I waste money doing winny or primo or similar with a hard core strength builder - I use them more for cutting. Also, you will find it is very tough to effectively get big and lean out all at the same time. use your clen and other cutting agents post hard core strength building, and remember your diet is as important as anything for that.
There is really good, old school, program called Anabolic Burst Cycle Diet and Exercise - or ABCDE for short. A Swedish dude named Torjborn Ackerfeld came up with it a long time ago in the days of MM2K. the idea is that our bodies have not evolved away from the feast and famine condition, so if you feed you body a lot and lift heavy for two weeks, you will put on primarily muscle, then following two weeks, your body would start storing more as fat....so at that point, you switch to calorie restriction, lifting only to combat muscle loss, and focus more on cardio for the next two weeks...during that time, you burn fat mostly - but after two weeks, you start to atrophy - so you go back to bulking phase....
look it up, could be a good way to supplement your goals and get good gains between your cycles as well.
Redleg, you would do the same PCT for 250 mg/wk as you would for 1000mg/wk...shut down is shut down. There are some very good threads rregarding PCT, I won't rehash all of that here, just take a few minutes and do a quick search for "PCT".

Jmills is right, you cannot do both to a large degree at the same time. HOWEVER, there is a SLIGHT way to gain muscle and drop your body fat %. The trick is: DONT GAIN FAT DURING YOUR CYCLE. When doing so, you can put on 15-20 lbs of LEAN muscle onto your frame over the course of 10-12 weeks, when you factor in the amount of bf you have on your body then, it will be a smaller percentage. So, even if you did one or two bulkers, if you eat clean and right, then you would actually look leaner then you did pre cycle. Its all about what sort of weight you want to gain. If you eat shit, you will add fat as fast as mucle, if you eat like a BB, then you will turn the ratio of muscle to fat gain in your favor
