Advice on cutter cycle

I want to get cut up a little for next spring. All i have access to is test e. I am planning on keeping the lifting up and incorporating some sprint work in there as well.

How much test e should i take to keep the muscle/ lose some fat? {I know.....diet will be in check!} Height 5'10, weight 208lbs, prolly 14%bf

you can cut up with test. e. but it does cause some water retention during its use so the full effects arn't visable till you come off.

I can't really recomend a dose without knowing your cycle history. is this your first cycle?

No, I did a couple other cycles in the last few years. Nothing heavy, just 400mg test witha 300mg of deca. Got great gains, see my pics here....

60 hr work weeks have me left looking like the before pic again! Luckily i will be cutting{ no pun intended!} back in Jan., so i can hit it hardcore again.

This time i don't want to bulk as much as last time, hence the lower dose, sprinting , and cleaner diet.
Any thoughts?

in my oppinion it takes a higher dose to cut without losing too much muscle than it does to bulk. I would suggest 750mg test e, for 12 weeks with a-dex (if you can get any) to reduce bloating. your bigest factor is your diet, you got to really limit those carbs.

Would you use the adex throughout the cycle? Or just when i noticed bloat? How much?

Anywhere between 500mg-750mg may do you some good justice! And definitely take some Arimidex to assist with the bloating. And the higher you go on the Test, the more possible bloating you should expect, so you are probably going to need to run Arimidex the entire cycle to be on the safe side.

You look great in your pics and a simple Test cycle should work wonders, so long as your diet is perfect!

honestly u can cut using Test E ... my buddy uses it - only runs 200mgs a week though .... gives him great results - hes 200pounds 6percent body fat

I would say that a higher dose is not really necessary. A lot of guys use 500 to 750mg for a bulker. All you need is enough to maintain what you have while losing weight. Some guys will go that high on mgs but will use a combination (stack) of aas to do it. If I just had Test E I would keep it at 400mg or even lower and keep protein high.
