My stats: 5'8 198lbs. 12% body fat. This is my second cycle and I'm cutting right now before I start this cycle. First cycle was great including results! I've been lifting for 7 years but have been on the boards for only 2. I'm still only taking tabs because the wifey isn't allowing needles... YET !
Looking to stack:
Dbol 5mg tabs
Anavar 5mg tabs
and
Arimidex or Nolvadex as the AE.
I'm not necessarily looking to get huge in the sense that I can't walk through doors. I added a lot of bulk on my first cycle. Now I'm going for a cut/lean/hard look! All input is welcome! Thank you!

Here's my take:
You want to cut, so the most important thing is diet. Do you have that in check?
You also want to hold on to muscle and contrary to what a lot of guys say, what you chose for drugs will work just fine. You wont need a large dose either, so I'm thinking 25mg/day of each would be plenty. .25mg eod of arim or 10-20mg eod of nolva will keep the bloat off.
With a solid diet and sound training, you should be able to get where you want in 6-8 weeks without too much strain on your liver.
Yeah my diet is definetly in check! I moniter EVERYTHING that enters my body!! (I won't even go into depth about how anal I am! And I'm doing no less than 25 minutes of cardio right now 5 days a week. As for lifting, lowered the weights and raised the reps (just so I'm not burning muscle).
Yeah I think I'll be able to obtain my goals with in a 6 week cycle (I don't like to drag it longer then 6 weeks). And maxing out the dbols @ 25mg everyday works perfectly for me. I'm going to continue cutting right now & doing my research, but please keep posting advice for me! And thank you for you post THL.
By lowering your weights and increasing the reps you are burning muscle, dont turn your weight training into cardio.
Train as heavy as possible so you maintain you muscle "what built your muscle will keep it there".
The concept of high reps to burn fat died out long ago.
I've never heard that lowering weight and raising reps "burns" muscle?!?!? Cardio right now is MUST along with the diet! I'm trying to get my bf% down. Cardio and diet is taking care of fat loss, lowered weights higher reps is maintaining my gains from last cycle. Last cycle ended around early Nov., and I've kept 75% of my gains since! So workout is intake, mainly looking for advice on stack or any recommendations. Thank you, and please critique my workout if you see flaws!
Let your cardio and diet take care of fat loss. Why do more reps anyway?
Maybe if you where 2 weeks out from a contest to avoid injury. Buy Ronnie Colemans The Unbelievable and you will see him Dumbell press 200LBS, deadlift 800LBS while dieting for the Mr Olympia, keep lifting heavy to help maintain your muscle.

I would say yes to this advice. Cardio and diet will burn the fat, heavy to moderate lifting will keep the muscle...........11
Oh no! Don't tell me you eat food anally like on South Park ?!? Better watch out for Grizz. He might have some suggestions.
Just joking. Obviously you have things in hand(No double entendre meant) and THL's advice is first rate. If you ever decide to go to needles educate your wife on the negative effects on the liver orals have. I have to sign off Illinois is being challenged by Ohio State . Enjoy!
Thanks Freedom. Yeah going to try and get my wife to read up on the damage orals are doing. It took forever for me to get her to understand that I know what I'm doing in the first place, but part of the reason might be that she has a huge fear of needles @ the doctor's anyways.
Eitherway, I had the dbols leftover form awhile ago, so this will more then likely be my last oral cycle!
