Default after dbols

here is what i am doing
weeks
1-10 500mg sust/ week split into 2 shots a week
1-8 200 or 300 mg of decca/w (not sure which it is)
1-6 37.5 mg of ip dbols ED

i am not happy with the size increases yet, on week 3. strenght has been increasing. should i keep going? up the test? is there somthing i can switched to after i am done with the dbols?
diet is pretty good but you can always eat more
protein is fine, only shit more

Well the sust won't full kick in until the 3rd week and 500mg of sust IMO is not enough. up it to at leats 7500-1000mg. I always front load my sust 1500 first week thren 1000 next week the usually go to 750mg a week for the rest of my cycle. so try upping the sust and see what happens.

whats your stats? and you should just stay like your going, 3 weeks isnt much.

5'10, 170, 3rd cycle. the only reason i am asking this is my lifintg partner, who is not on a cycle and doesn't know i am is making better gains and more weight then me, and he doesn't take anything, including protein. very frustrating

Sust needs to be shot more than twice per week....some say it needs to be shot everyday to take full advantage of the shorter esters in the compound. I would say that is one of your problems.

Also...how do you not know whether you are taking 200 or 300 mg of Deca per week? And with the diet, if you can eat more, then eat more! dont take this as a flame but still 170 and 5'10 after 3 cycles.....just doesnt sound right unless you were 130 pounds when you started using gear. give us some more info, bro. Not to flame you bro but this is your 3rd cycle, you are 5'10" and only 170 lbs. You need to EAT!!!

Your training partner, who's not on anything, is proof that AAS makes up only a small part of the "get big" equation.

And you started cycling at 135 pounds? That was a big mistake because at 135 pounds you obviously hadn't yet learned anything about training and eating. And you've used the crutch of steroids to get you where you are, without a natural foundation and without the knowledge of how to gain muscle. The juice did it for you and you were just along for the ride. Now that ride's ending because of a lack of knowledge, when it should be just starting.

The best thing you can do for yourself is start spending 100% of your time on this board, in the training and nutrition sections.
