here is what i am doing weeks 1-10 500mg sust/ week split into 2 shots a week 1-8 200 or 300 mg of decca/w (not sure which it is) 1-6 37.5 mg of ip dbols ED i am not happy with the size increases yet, on week 3. strenght has been increasing. should i keep going? up the test? is there somthing i can switched to after i am done with the dbols? diet is pretty good but you can always eat more protein is fine, only shit more |

Well the sust won't full kick in until the 3rd week and 500mg of sust IMO is not enough. up it to at leats 7500-1000mg. I always front load my sust 1500 first week thren 1000 next week the usually go to 750mg a week for the rest of my cycle. so try upping the sust and see what happens. Quote:

5'10, 170, 3rd cycle. the only reason i am asking this is my lifintg partner, who is not on a cycle and doesn't know i am is making better gains and more weight then me, and he doesn't take anything, including protein. very frustrating

And you've used the crutch of steroids to get you where you are, without a natural foundation and without the knowledge of how to gain muscle. The juice did it for you and you were just along for the ride. Now that ride's ending because of a lack of knowledge, when it should be just starting.
