Would someone be able to tell me a better way to take the liquid Nolva from AG Guys. I just shot it to the back of my throat and almost hurled all over the bathroom. My throat is on fire now. Can I chase this with anything or if I just mix 1 or 2 ml in with a glass of juice?, would this hinder its effectiveness?Any help appreciated guys.Thanks

Something acidic like orange or lemon juice helps a lot.
