So ive been hearing about this aifm for awhile now and i was wondering can it been used during a steroid cycle to prevent gyno? and has anyone every used this?

yes.
yes. its very effective.
pluses: easy to adjust dosage. can be used to enhance local suppresion.
minuses: topical application, can cause irritation in some users (particularly if no site rotation)

comparable to exemestane in action

ok so do you think i could take that during my cycle instead of arimidex. or is arimidex better?

if you do a search you can find many comparisons. most favoring AIFM.

am somewhat biased as helped to develop the delivery platform, though IME and IMHO... generally yes. central producers, lean persons with high estrogen levels may respond better to dex or letro. most people will generally fare better with AIFM or exemestane (suicidal rather than competitive inhibitors), at least for general use. when one is trying to get high level suppression, letrozole is preferred (though generally not suitable for long term use)
