Today i looked at my weekly pictures i took during my last cycle. I took them in the same lighting, same poses.. This was a 10 week
test/deca cycle Here is what i saw:
Week 2-Starting to swell a little. Slightly red color. Definate increase in size, a little harder.
Week 3- More of the same, not a lot of change from week 2.
Week 4- Lookin' really good, hard and lean. Very good look here.
Week 7- Getting puffy here, a lot bigger, almost too big actually. Not a good look.
Week 12- Lost puff, looking cut, look great now. Very happy with this look.
Week 16-Still lookin' great, hard and big.
Week 20- Definately starting to lose hardness and muscularity. Disappointing to say the least.
Been reading the short cycle thread and trying to figure out a good cycle that would take the positives without the negatives of a cycle. Sorry i didn't take any pics on weeks 5/6. But think i definately peaked in the 5/6 week range. Got puffy at 7 weeks and then looked good again after gear got out of system. This would leave me to believe that a 5/6 week cycle would be best. Thoughts?
