1) Why is everyone so afraid of pinning? I mean, for fucks sake. It's nothing. (It's not the pin that hurts but the drug by the way). 2) I wouldn't do the anavar only cycle. If you're afraid of injections use an oral such as andriol or t-bol. These won't put too much stress on your body. Oral primo is a ladies drug so we'll leave it out of this arsenal.
