Anavar AFTER Test?

Has anyone ever done a 10-12 week test only Cycle and then
as they started nolvadex also started up on Anavar? I've heard
some people say Anavar really doesn't shut you down that much
but would it keep you shut down since you were on Test?
Would it be better to just wait until a full PCT and recovery
before doing Anavar?

No. On cycle is on cycle and vice versa. You can add anavar at week 5 and keep it till the end of your cycle.

That may work technically, but the level of anavar would likely have to be really low, and not have much of an effect. The only way to really know for sure is to try it yourself There are several studies on oxandrolone so have a quick look around and adjust the dose according to those papers.

The only studies i've seen about low doses of var or dbol have been with people that are not already shut down. Theres a big difference between not supressing a healthy HPTA and not being suppressive to a compromised HPTA. Just my $.02

not really related but from experience when did you all start to notice anavar really kick in i'm on day 23 of 50 at 40 mg ED.when will the peak affect be?

First let me say this..shut down is shut down period...why shut yourself down for 12 weeks of test cycle then keep shut down an additional 10-12 more weeks with var ? people underestimate the power of var..just because it is known to be a mild steroid does not mean it will not completely shut you down.Use it during your cycle stacked with other gear and use it after last shot of gear untill you start pct.To answer the second question about how long it takes to kick in: is this mixed with other gear or are you taking it solo ? It is going to depend on how low your natural levels are or where your natural levels are period.If your natural level is low i would suspect you would feel var in a few days..If your levels are normal it might take a couple of weeks to feel it.
