go find a homeless guy and offer to pay him 5 bucks for him to run inside a hospital and steal a box of syringes and needles. if he gets the right size, you get a shit load of syringes for cheap. if he gets arrested, look for another bum. if he gets the wrong size, take some needles and stick 'em in his gooch.
