Couple points.

#1 I left out G.H and slin. Why? these drugs can be problematic for several reasons, price, health risks involved, so their usage should be on a case-by-case basis. (They will be handled in an upcoming post.)

#2 Ask questions. Anything you don't understand, ask away!

#3 Diet is key. Never forget that. Period.

#4 Your health is the most important thing to you, don't jeaporadise it, and dont do something stupid.

#5 Keep cycles as simple as you can, more juice doesn't equate to more muscle. More food, more sleep, more intense training on the other hand does.

#6 Make sure you buy all your gear and pins (and anti-estrogens) prior to beginning your cycle. Always remember life is nothing if not unpredictable, you never know what can happen.

#7 Use drugs properly! IN my next FAQ I will discuss the diferent drugs and how to use them, for now just make sure you don't use deca in a cutter, primo in a bulker etc.

#8 You should have some blood work done prior to your first cycle and then every 4 months or so after that. This is the only reliable way to see if there are any problems you might not be aware of before you put these drugs into your body. If you can't see a doctor for whatever reason you can purchase some of these tests from the Anabolic Fitness store. Go to it at www.anabolicfitness.net
I have had good results using Deca in a cutting cycle. could be my body's chemistry. Just a note.

I'm trying decide which cycle to start with. I'm 6' 225lbs but I have about 20% bf. I really want to get rid of my midsection, however I still want to ad size and strength. Personally I don't want to gain any more weight, but realize I may have to to get the size and strenght. Should I start with a bulking cycle or a cutting cycle, or is there a cycle that will allow me to grow muscle mass while cutting fat (combo cutting/bulking cycle). Long term goal is 210 lbs hard lean muscle.

i just got qv deca 300 10ml jug and it is not to the rim it is about 3/4 full is that normal or did i get ripped off

Hey Bob ive got a question for you bro.Im going on a unwanted vacation in about 4 weeks.Get my meaning unwanted,or court ordered.What do you recommend for a quick mass cycle.I have test enan,tes cyp,deca,and anadrol.Plus on my last free day im going to shoot a pretty high amount of test so I have shit in my body when Im working out in there.Please let me know how you would run this and what I need to take to try and keep any gains from this.Also I have nolvadex,and provirion.Thanks bro

get some test decanoate shoot like 2-2500mg that should be active for the 4 weeks

What is Test Prop? For the Tren/ Win Cutting cycle, would oral Win be ok or would injectable be better? Doing this cycle with the Test prop/ tren/ win do you think one would have issues with hair loss? Thanks

Test Prop is testosterone proprionate. It is a short acting ester with a Half life of 48-72 hours.

Oral winstrol is fine. But you must remember that you need to almost double the dosage for oral over injectable because the stomach breaks down close to half of the compound. So if 50mg of the injectable is recommended you would need to take 75-100mg of an oral dose to equal the amount of the injectable (which bypasses the digestive system so there is more of the compound to absorb)

Yes, They could all result in some hair loss.

thanks phreezer proecia is available; do you think that this is suffiient in hendering the effects on hair? Really not wanting the whole bald look...scary

Honestly I don't know enough about Propecia to answer that question.. You might be better off posting that question in it's own thread. Or better yet, doing a search for baldness or propecia.

i'm using pro complex protien drink 4 times a day at 55 grams of protien aserving.i'm getting atleast 200 grams of protien perday.my calorie intake is low though.
i'm taking 750mgs of test enanth and 750 mgs of sustanon.
100 mgs of d and i still can't get past 195lbs. please give advise. itrain real hard as well. one muscle a day for 15 sets. for ex.. 8 sets of t bar rows 3 supersetted behinde the neck and front. 4-5 sets of seated rows. i do this for my back.i have trouble retaining water. i started out at 113 lbs. you think i might need to use rgh-1to move past were i'm stuck.i been here a long time.

One, it sounds like your workout sucks.

Two, you have some serious eating and training problems if you cant break 195 pounds using 1500mg/wk of test and 100mg dbol. Either your gear is junk, or if its not, then your training and eating are simply awful. I say that no matter what, your workout still sucks.

my workout scedule:
leg extentions 5 sets squats 4 sets leg press 6 sets
i increase on weight every set. i leg press 720 lbs thats 8 45's on each side.for my last set.
my calorie intake is low. but i just bought alot of weight gainer. i consume 200 grams of protien while on pro complex 55 grams of protien per serving.
tuesday: traps and shoulders, military 4 sets rear laterals db's 4 sets side laterals 4 sets shrugs. 100 lbs shrug last set.i'm strong as an ox but don't gain weight.
wesnday: lay curls 10 sets he doesn't have standing leg curl machine.last set with 160 lbs.
i can max out almost all the machines with strenght.or real close to it.
thursady back already told you what i do. i do one muscle group a day and beat it up.
friday triceps 5 set v push downs 5 sets skull crushers
sat: biceps 5 sets atanding 5 sets preacher curls
all these exercises and reps done very slow a methodically to get the max burn out.
you obviously are bigger then me and have more expiercene or you would be suck a dick head and insult my work out ethics.well i believe protien by iy self is useless need lots and lots of calories do you agree with this statement. so i have an idea of what i'm doing wrong.
and please write down the supplements that you take everyday.and any and all advice to can spare.

why do u start for a newbie and first cycle with deca? as said, forget your own test production at all! What about a sustanon only cycle?
