i'm using pro complex protien drink 4 times a day at 55 grams of protien aserving.i'm getting atleast 200 grams of protien perday.my calorie intake is low though.
i'm taking 750mgs of test enanth and 750 mgs of sustanon.
100 mgs of d and i still can't get past 195lbs. please give advise. itrain real hard as well. one muscle a day for 15 sets. for ex.. 8 sets of t bar rows 3 supersetted behinde the neck and front. 4-5 sets of seated rows. i do this for my back.i have trouble retaining water. i started out at 113 lbs. you think i might need to use rgh-1to move past were i'm stuck.i been here a long time.

One, it sounds like your workout sucks.
Two, you have some serious eating and training problems if you cant break 195 pounds using 1500mg/wk of test and 100mg dbol. Either your gear is junk, or if its not, then your training and eating are simply awful. I say that no matter what, your workout still sucks.
my workout scedule:
leg extentions 5 sets squats 4 sets leg press 6 sets
i increase on weight every set. i leg press 720 lbs thats 8 45's on each side.for my last set.
my calorie intake is low. but i just bought alot of weight gainer. i consume 200 grams of protien while on pro complex 55 grams of protien per serving.
tuesday: traps and shoulders, military 4 sets rear laterals db's 4 sets side laterals 4 sets shrugs. 100 lbs shrug last set.i'm strong as an ox but don't gain weight.
wesnday: lay curls 10 sets he doesn't have standing leg curl machine.last set with 160 lbs.
i can max out almost all the machines with strenght.or real close to it.
thursady back already told you what i do. i do one muscle group a day and beat it up.
friday triceps 5 set v push downs 5 sets skull crushers
sat: biceps 5 sets atanding 5 sets preacher curls
all these exercises and reps done very slow a methodically to get the max burn out.
you obviously are bigger then me and have more expiercene or you would be suck a dick head and insult my work out ethics.well i believe protien by iy self is useless need lots and lots of calories do you agree with this statement. so i have an idea of what i'm doing wrong.
and please write down the supplements that you take everyday.and any and all advice to can spare.
Do you mean either deca for 1 to 8 weeks as a cycle or test for 1 to 9 weeks? Followed by clomid but no hcg?
what is better Nolvadex or Arimidex? You also could take it along the full cycle?
Deca seems to have much more side effects, - well i guess they all shut down the test production. Agreed?
I have been training for 15 years now and am 39 years old, 210 pounds, 6" tall and about 10% bodyfat.
About 4 years ago I started using AAS with good, not great results. I train at a bodybuilding gym in California and am astonished at the difference between the pro bodybuilders and those like me and am trying to figure out the what differentiates us. 1) I am sure is genetics, I do not have the chest depth they do and have always been a hard gainer. 2) I noticed that these guys eat unbeleiveable quanitities of food.
I use 800-1000mg of Test per week, with 50 mg of Winstrol, and 75 mg of tren per day for 8 week cycles. I have not used Deca due to the great degree to which I get "deca dick".
I have noticed that your cycles contain large amounts of Deca, is this what is holding me back?
