Need a lil help here.. I've been doing alot of reading but I can't seem to choose a good cutting cycle i'm just getting off a 10 week test only cycle and put on some nice gains without gaining much fat.. I've seen these people run superclen and DNP but i wana steer clear of them I can lose more fat on my own with some good cardio.. But as far as a cycle what do you guys think would have the best results? If someone could setup a few example cycles that would be great.. Thanks |

A couple of cycles would be an 6 to 8 week cycle of tren75mg EOD stacked with test prop 100mg EOD.Or possibly and 8 week cycle of primo 100mg EOD stacked with test prop 100mg EOD.Both will help retain mass while restricting calories and even possibly gain a little. www.muscletalk.co.uk |

obviously diet is the key. i did a test e tren e and mast e with great results over the summer. probably next spring will do a simular cycle but with a hardcore diet. i like the enthnate ester for the fact of less inj.

I can see hitting propinate or acetate EOD although I still prefer ED shots, but the enthanate ester has a long enough half-life to hit around every 4 days and still keep blood levels pretty close to even once you do the math. Also... nice post above about the diet. I agree with you that diet is the key to loosing weight, while no specific steroid will actually "cut you" up. It just allows you to tip the scales in your favor as far as the muscle to fat loss ratio. |

I start out at 12X my bodyweight to determine calories, and eat a diet that looks like this: 50% protein 20% Carbs (Centered around my workout) 30% Fat (Healthy ones like fatty fish, nuts, and even natural peanut butter) Then I just adjust as I go. |
