Im sure I missed it somewhere but I was wondering if DNP is legal in the United States and is not a controlled substance. Any help would be appreciated thanks bros

I am not completely sure but I know you can posses it if you are using it for insecticide/herbacide.

As a powder, yes, it's legal to possess. It is not a controlled substance. However, I beleive it's illegal if it's in a form intended for human consumption (capped). It is also illegal to ship across state lines for this purpose.

DNP is now only used as a research chemical and as a pesticide in a few states that still approve of its use. It is not illegal to own DNP, but it is illegal to market it for personal consumption.

hey mrc ive been taking the benadryl and things are getting better. i still havent gone down in weight.
