Another newbie question...how do you take dbol?

Ok I have heard some conflicting reports on how you should take your dbol. I know to try and break up the dose evenly throughout the day but how do you actually take it. I have blue heart dbol, would i just put it in my mouth and swallow it or do I let it disolve under my tongue? I have heard both and want to know which way is the correct way.

Just swallow them, with 8 ounces of grapefruit juice.

i have taken d-bol just swallowing and also crushed. i like the crushed my self.

listen to the guys above but also split your doses 1 in the am and 1 in the pm

You may as well chew them that way you know they'll disolve.

I let them dissolve under my tongue but if im impatient then i chew them. At the least the others have the right idea to take them through out the day for consistant plasma levels. Dbol has a life of 4+ hours. This is debatable but bottom line is multiple dosages through out the day is suggestable.

Just spit dosage's up every 4-6 hours and you'll be good to go.

megd - just make sure they're spread out throughout the day and you're good. take one before your workout if you want, the important thing is that they're spread evenly every day.
