Depends on goals and what gear you are taking bro. Many factors come into play here. We would need some more info to discern what is best for you.

for most cycles, a combination of arimidex and nolva would work rather well. run the arimidex at .5mg a day and the nolva at 20 mg a day. throughout the cycle.

I've been doing .5 a-dex every other day and 20mg nova aong with endo's transdermal test/tren (it's working well so far). Diet has been clean for years. Might try a-dex daily. Just looking for input from others,particularly those whe like myself are a bit of a sponge.

If you want to shut down estrogen completely take arimi. If you only want to prevent gyno and other minor estrogen related sides take nolva. Remember, small amounts of estrogen in your sytem are good for growth. It really depends on how succeptible you are to estrogenic side effects. No need to take both arimi and nolva together. Nolva will help with bloat as well.
