Does taking anti estrogen alone without steroids actually have an go od effect on your body?Some test in the body is converted to estrogen bt if anti estrogen is taking would that actually increase teh test since it isnt converted to estrogen anymore and have good effects. And if it does , whats the best to use?

no. first of all, estrogen plays a crutial role in building muscle and actually has more mass building potential than most people are aware of. secondly, your body is probably going to decrease your test levels so it is in balance with your low estrogen levels. plain and simple-its not a good idea to take an anti-e when not on a cycle, and quite honestly you shouldn't even take an anti-aromatose like adex when on a cycle unless your really prone to sides like gyno. youll have better gains if you have more estrogen in your system
