anti-estrogen facts b4 cycle

I I am 5'9 185 and a cut from 225 for 16 weeks. I have cycled in the past with a similiar cycle of 250 mg of decca and 250 mg of sus for 10 weeks. I need some help with the following:

1.) I am going to run a cycle of 550 mg of Sustanon and 400-500 mg of decca. My decca is 250 mg though so 1 cc would be 250 mg. I could either take the 500 mg in two 1 cc shots a week or take 0.8 cc 2 times a week which I think equates to 400 mg. On my 3cc syringe, there are 10 notches for every cc. Based on my math, each notch would be 25 mg and 25 x 8=200. I don't know if this is what I should do, although I have heard that 500 mg of decca may be too much.

2.) Can you mix the 1 cc of sustanon=275 mg and 0.8-1 cc of decca = 200-250 mg in one syringe. I have read that you can mix all oil-based anabolics.

3.) Also, I keep getting wrong information from supposed experts on the topic of anti estrogens/serms. Some say that I should use nolvadex, others say no and that it will lead to gyno with the decca. Others say armidex. Some tell me not to use anything unless I notice gyno symptoms? I want to know if I should/what to use if anything at all and how much less effective do they make the steroids, if that's true.
