Anti-Estrogens/Contest Fat & Water Loss - MESO-Rx

I know that Anti-setrogens are suppost to help with Estrogen sensitive fat deposits and it will reduce water retention. I have searched and searched but can't find anyone who has used Anti-est to get ready for a contest. Who can help? Suggestions?

I'll use adex and nolva during all cycles, A-.25 perday, Nolva- 10mg ED. At contest time ...about a week or two before the show I'll bump up the adex to .5 - 1 mg ED...helps shed water
