These forms are wack Ive just came back after 5 years I stop using and start going natural but Im back in the game and Im looking for a better forum! I dont see any one that use to be on here like Red bear and the others which I cant seem to remember! Does anyone have any other forums I can go to?

Not asking for that! just want a better form dude thats it! Some other form thats not so tight! I know theres a lot of bust going on but this site has turn in to trash lately. Would you happen to have a better forum than this?

Dude I can put in my owe work I dont need anyone to give me a source. I been around this stuff for a long time I just been out of the game bro. Got a little scared from the recent havoc and just jump on the NO2 and Creatine and try to do it natural. But its just not the same dude!!

Maybe while putting in your own work looking for searches, you can learn how to spell as well. Also, Maybe posting on a forum more than 3 times will help benefit you and give you access to certain information. People might actually like you too....
