it's interesting that they mention elitefitness by name... Now there is a site that has suprised me that they survived all of this.. They make members pay a monthly fee in order to access a "specail" forum where all the steroid dealers advertise their products... If a member won't pay the fee he is denied access to the forum where dealers sell their warez.. if they pay the fee.. then they can see all the lists of products they want...I'm no lawyer but I sure don't understand how that isn't conspiracy or collusion....

How they have survived is because they are only charging a membership fee.This fee is not what is illegal about the board my friend.It's the activities that go on on any given board!MANY boards have been mentioned in court documents and all are at risk.Some more than others.Some are more open than others.

LE is not being fooled by anyone.Whether or not you have a membership fee,is irrelevant.I think that having everything in the open like so many boards,its far worse than at least having limited access to only a selected few.

Now will a fee keep out LE,NO.There must be much more criteria than that to make it even a little harder for them to get in.Nothing will keep them out,but everyone has got to at least try to make strides to make things safe.

The bottom line is to not play the game.

It's almost as if they think that le will not pay to get in. Like it's some sort of "secret area" of the board, that no one in le would access. A safe area, if you will. And yes, I agree, the bottom line is don't play the game if you are not willing to take the rise.

Well from what I read a bit it seems like the risk are to the sources not the buyers. IF you are a buyer you could easily pay your fee, access the special area and if you decide to contact a source-hopefully after some deep rooted research- then maybe you contact them via pm if elitefitness has that feature and pm using a proxy.

I always feel that buyers are safer then an actual source. You have to take steps to insure your safety but there are things you can do.

I was reading the article further and I didn't know that the guy running universalkits.com was arrested. I hope he gets a good lawyer because I believe he can beat that case easily. Seems to me what he did was shared some knowledge which is he shared and then processed an order.

That to me is like if I had a store where I sold irrigation equipment, heating lamps, temperature stabilizers and a guy comes in and ask me can he use this equipment to grow "weed" and I say yes and even told him how to do it and then I sold it to him.

Sounds like something that is covered under first amendment but maybe I am wrong.
