Default Anything for Speed?

Hello, I am looking for something to help my sprint speed.It can be a drug, a type of workout, or even a type of lift.Let me know, I can't use Winstrol though because it messes up my joints even if with another drug, let me know.Thank you guys.

Probably should post this in the training section,,,as no aas really helps increase speed,,,but certain types of training does,,,I can tell you to avoid Winny and lots of Test(more than 250mg/wk) in your cycles,,,They cause weak collagen to be formed,,,which can lead to injuries as well as joint pain,,,There are aas that promote an increase in collagen production and increase its strength as well,,,Equi, Deca, Anavar are all good for healthy joints,,,HGH is the champ at collagen synthesis but its not aas,,,VDC

You might try using some Clenbuterol. It will open up your lungs, increasing oxygen intake. Although, be careful with it, and make sure you study up on proper dosages before taking it.

Messing with EPO is dangerous,,,Besides it will not increase sprinting speed,,,It might help with stamina and recovery,,,VDC

Strong Hams help with sprint speed. Try exercises like the Straight legged deadlift, standard deadlift, glute ham raises. All great exercises for the hams. Squats are great, too. Like someone suggested, try the training section.

Hey MJM, thanks for getting rid of that avatar you swiped from me.... j/k
dude for speed if winnys bother you I would definitly use anavar. Gives tons of strenght and explosive power due to its effect on Creatine phosphate synthesis.
I do hear EQ and Deca help with joints.
As far as training would go.
I would try plyometric with your leg work out.
After each set of Squats, go to a bench and do 10 sets of jumps from the floor to the bench. as soon as you hit the ground from jumping of the bench, explode back up to the bench. If you find it too easy try holding a small amount of weight.
Also do some research on plyometric training techniques as I am not too familiar with them.
Another technique involves using Heavy chains attached to the end of the bar on each side while doing squats, as you rise from the squat more and more chain will come off the ground adding more wieght to each inch as you rise.

Oh I agree it's dangerous...more red blood cells=more O2 to your muscles and will increase everything not just stamina but i was just popping off i know it's dangerous i'm in the medical field....can get ya to clotting for one thing.
