If you're serious about getting big, you don't train when you feel like training... you train according to a schedule whether you feel like training or not. Same thing with eating to get big. You eat according to a schedule and being hungry has nothing to do with when you eat. You either have the discipline to eat according to the proper schedule or you don't and if you don't, you'll never be really big.
Many people initially think some of these things are easy. But try doing them All every single day for 5 years. I say 5 years because that's roughly the time it takes most people who do have the mental make-up and where-with-all to get massive, to go from a beginner just starting out, to massive finished product.
What I have found in the dozens and dozens of people I have helped over the past 3 decades is that 99% of them/you, will drop out along the way with one excuse or another. The lack of ability to eat enough is one of the main reasons. I can't count the number of times I've heard "I eat everything in sight, I can't eat any more". My answer is generally something along the lines of "OK, that's fine but be happy with where you are because you're not going to get any bigger if you don't eat more".
For those of you who think you will somehow get bigger without eating right... somehow just the training or drugs will do it... here's a little wake-up call. It takes approximately a 12-18 pound gain in weight to add one inch to the size of your arms.
