I'm considering cycling test which would include Arimidex to keep estrogen down. Upon doing some research I've found some info about possible side effects and it sounds a bit nasty. Low sex drive, hot flashes, bone pain, mood disorders, headaches, hair loss, etc.....reminds me of some of the nasty sides I experienced from generic liquid SERMS I tried a couple of years ago. DO NOT want to go through that again if possible . Granted, much of this info on sides was refering to women and cancer patients, but what about men on or cycles or TRT ? Are these common complaints or do the positive effects of TRT override these ( particularly mood and bone pain) ? Any info would be appreciated |

No, I will never take Nolva again. That stuff damaged my once perfect eyesight and left me w/ headaches even 2 years later (not to mention the strange , dark depression it caused while on it). Nolva is a pretty nasty, disgusting drug for a large variety of reasons. Seriously, spend some time researching it's side effects and what it does to you on the inside. Google is your friend.

Well, in the absence of clinical trials and a more unified approach to the research that is done...its impossible to say wether its "common" or not. The anectdotal evidence tends to point towards actual gyno being pretty rare, and impossible to predict. Individuals may cycle many times and never have an issue...others may have an issue their first time, and never again etc, etc. I've heard guys say they are "prone" to gyno, but the cascade of hormonal responses necessary to create the condition really can't be predicted...there are just too many variables (this is assuming reasonable doses of aromatizable aas). And if you really feel that way about nolva then you are definitely in the minority. Every compound can have negative side effects...we just have to try to balance the risk vs the benefit and make the best call we can. This is not really a game for the risk averse. |

damn, I just reread your post madball...if you think nolva is "nasty" and "disgusting" maybe you should point your little google thingy at "testosterone" before you go any further |
