Arnold's cycles

This may be a stupid question but, what the f&*@k kind of cycles did Arnold use? Does anyone know or what? At what BF% did he typically compete at? thanks guys

I've wondered what Arnold's cycles were too

I think it was mostly Deca, Dbol, maybe some Primo. Test wasn't really used back when he cycled, bc it wasn't known that you need to run Test w Deca to avoid ED and other issues.

Yeah I think it was alot of dbol and primo, and some deca. Ive heard about him using dbol, primo stacks several times.

i read an webpage that he used deca and dbol. but he said he just used to keep his mass while cutting up. here is the website i saw it on.

GREAT info guys! It blows my mind everytime I see a photo of Arnold. I still watch "Pumping Iron" atleast once a month....drives my wife crazy!

My buddy watches it like every week and has a huge picture of arnold over his fireplace. Weird huh?

Arnold was fuckin huge and cut. I watch pumping iron a couple of times during a year and it gives me more motivation to work harder in the gym. Btw check out my avatar, one of the greatest pose of arnold!

I'm sure there was some test in there also besides deca and dbol.

That is one of my favourite poses of Arnold's.Also the one that he does with his arms held out in front of him while he stands at a side angle,if you know what i mean lol!.I will try and find a photo and post it.

Test was on the market in the 60's. In fact, all of the aas that we use today were produced in the 50's and 60's. In my opinion they were using(in the 70's) everything they can find to build muscle. AAS were cheap and legal.But i think Arnie prefer Primo and dbol!!
