I recently was diagnosed with "Narrow Joint Osteo - Arthritis" in my hips... It seems to hurt a lot when I do leg presses other than that it just affects my mobility a bit.
I have been using
AAS for a ten years but not to heavy the most I have ever taken was less than a gram a week..... According to my doctor it is genetics and not attributed to my
aas use. My Dr is an NFL team doctor.
I cant decide if I should stop all
AAS..
I am going to avoid the leg press from now on and focus on free aquats and leg extensions for my quads. I squat a bit (405-495) to just below Parallel, and my leg presses were full leg presses and I can go up to 800-1000 pounds... According to my doctor he believes the heavy leg presses may have cuased it the joint deteriation.
Does anyone have any advice on this. Should I try
GH to help the JOint? Has anyone heard anything like this?
I am 5'9 239 lbs.... 15% bodyfat. I am 29 years old.
