Default Athlete 1st cycle

i am a 6'4 195 lb athlete...i play a college sport. i am a hard gainer who has been training hard for the last 4 years...i can not gain more than 5 or 10 lbs in the offseason...i am going to take the summer off and want to start a cycle...im thnking bout using sust 250 but im not sure what else to stack it with...any suggestions for good mass? also i get tested about twice during the year so i cant have any more than say a 4 month detection time

Do you mean 4 months from last injection or 4 months from first?

What does your diet look like?

What sport do you play?

How much do you train per week (weights, cardio, and practice)?

How old are you?

im going on a 6500 calorie diet... im not going to be doing any cardio just strictly weight training with a trainer..22 yrs old...baseball ... and 4 months from last injection...i appreciate your input

That's a lot of calories. Try to keep them as clean as possible. Mostly whole food. Keep a food log and let your trainer look it over. Test will clear your system in three months.

At your age you could do well without aas. Stick with the trainer for a little while, shovel down the food and get plenty of rest. It would be best to wait a couple years until your body fully matures.

There are a lot of guys on aas that only gain 5 or 10lbs in the off season. What are you complaining about? If you're achieving this without gear, why risk fucking up your natural hormones - especially at 22 years old.

I would put on 3 to 5 pounds a year naturally. One year I did 10lb with 3 of it being fat. In the end I ended up bigger than most of the guys using small to average dosages. If you are young why bother getting a boost and losing long term gains if your system does not come back or if it does come back not to the level it once was?
