from reading post after post on this site seems to me you two have great knowledge on the getting huge seen lol. I've been on my current cycle way to long an have eaten horribly. coming off in the next week but after being off for 6-8 weeks i want to go on something serious for the summer. i have been on 6 iu soma hgh for 9 weeks an will stay on for the next ummmmm 2 years worth i have in the fridge lol. but when i come back on i want to stack an eat right so my first question is what should i stack together to get huge. i have as much sus, prop, an cyp as i need. can make what ever else you think i should take. can get what ever orals i may need. figure im looking to start end of April an would like to be an stay HUGE till end of august or so.

my stats are 6'3" 225lbs usually on i stay around 235 but after being on the hgh for 6 weeks i lost 10lbs, stayed strong an big but got ripped. didn't understand this but what ever. my body fat stays around 10% always see abs an definition which most think is great but i want to grow dammit. I'm a ectomorph obviously but thats what i need your help. can bench 400 an squat+dead 400+ but that's not the point.

from reading about mrbman's recent cycle an eating a wooping 5k+ cal a day an bigbench's great insight i wanted to see if you guys could give me some sort of cycle an eating program. i have been training for years, brought my body from 165lbs@19 to 225+@25 so im no stranger to hard an heavy lifting. the past few years i have been dwelling on the diet idea but i have never stock with it. i can eat ANYTHING without getting fact but i do understand that not eating clean is why im not growing. i want to start eating good now so when i start again all i have to do is up the cal when time is right. i would love to be 260+ but thats a long time from here

also almost forgot that 4 weeks ago i finished 4 weeks of igf-1 an plan on doing another 4 weeks during my pct.

have been on as much as 1gram sus a week while being on 600deca an 600eq for 14wks an 50mg dbols for first 4wks an felt like absolute shit the whole time but was 235. not as big as i hope for.

don't know if you guys want to help me. if so i hope i gave enough info an if more is needed i will give.

before we suggest anything, what does your diet look like ... ? whats your lifting routine like ...

and how long was your last cycle? honestly man, u dnt need much gear to grow ...

Honestly, you dont need anywhere NEAR that amount of gear bro. Especially now that your on GH as well. Do a well dosed cycle (such as test/deca/dbol... classic) and add in some T3 as well as some slin (both are needed after a couple months of GH use, but these can come later). For your bodyframe (and what your taking, ie gh) you need to eat at least 400 grams of protein a day as well as 600grams of carbs and 75grams of fat. Protein can come from any form you need. If you dont have a huge appetite, then start with protein shakes until you can eat more and more and sub more of those shakes out with real food. Carbs can come from any form whole oats, rice (white pre workout and imediatly after, wheat later in the day). Potatos reg and sweet (same way as the rice) pastas (again reg and wheat same as rice). and in the morning you can throw in some pancakes and waffles if wanted as long as you get your protein in at the same time. Fats come from fish, eggs, milk, nuts, etc... Dont miss a meal... EVER. Make sure that you dont go more than 4 hours without eating and yes that includes while your sleeping. Your whole life needs to revolve around food. When your hungry... eat. When your full... eat. In between those feeding times...EAT!

that is some great advice brother ... and bench is absolutely right about the waffles and pancakes man, given suffcient proten intake ... meals like this are good ... I do it everynow and then .... you gotta keep eating bro, the first few weeks will be tough ... but you'll get used to it ... after a while you'll be hungryy ... i wake up in the mornnigs starvinnggggg, but initifally it was tough to get the calories in ... sometimes i feel full all day ... but u jst gotta keep eating, dnt wrry so much about fat ... u can always cut man ... always ... dont beleive me ... look at cutler in the off season, loot at lee preist ... cutlers videos always show him moderately or very cut ... but find a pcture of him bulked up --- gaining fat isnt bad ... if you know how to diet ... gear doesnt mean shit bro ... dieting is sooo powerful - no body wants to beleive it ... thats why the supplement industry is doing soo well

and like bench said man ... you dont need that much gear bro .... so many ppl take such rediculous amounts of shit at a benefit cost rato that is just not worth it ... id honestly even put the carbs higher aim for 900grams ... but bench nailed it head on man

my diet as stated is horible. i have a nice life style of being able to sleep all day an stay up all night so when i awaken at whtever time it is i eat 5 whites 2 whole eggs, cheese an 3 slice of whole wheat, but after that is sketchy. ill get somewhere around 200g prot no clue on carbs or fat but im sure they are on point cause thats the only reason wy i dont shrink. i have to start working on more meals, real meals i live on musclemilks from 7-11 cause they're easy to get on the road an alot of times i eat fast food, alot of it i know i know its horible, no excuses.

my training right now consists of
chest abs
back
off
shoulders
arms
legs
off

train heavey but only 4 excerises of 4sets of 12,10,8,6 working weights up. no cardio

i realized that, that prev mentioned cycle was wayyyyy to much that was 2 years ago. s for my next to come thats what i need from you guys. hate prop cause i ant stand the pain of the shot. sus an cyp or one or the other would be good for next. deca or tren is fine with me what ever you think. i've been experimenting for too long with diff combos but as im learning it all comes down to my diet. getting that down while recovering from this cycle is what i have in mind. as far as for the futurewhat should i do for how long an mix with what.

t3? i didnt think i would need that due to the fact i cant gain fat eating mcdonalds all day lol but if you thats whats needed imm all ears. yes the gh will be in me for the long runbut as far as anyhting else im looking for the proper guidenss
